I feel so helpless!

It's bad enough that for 12 years now, the court ordered child support in the lowly amount of $86.00 per month has never been consistant, but the loser just refuses to spend any time with our son. I literally have to beg him to spend any time with our son and there is always an excuse. It's either, "I'm moving" or, "I don't have a job", or "I don't have gas money"....as if any of those things would stop any other loving parent from seeing their kid! And if those are stopping him, then what about a phone call or a card or a letter or an email? I even offer to pay for the flight from So Cal to Nor Cal with my own money just so they can see each other and then his excuse is, "I don't have money to drive to the airport". What kind of sub human poor excuse for a man does this to a child? He is disgusting and hopefully one day will get what he deserves.
