Garnett J Davis, real estate investor has not made payment on his child support order for almost two years. He owes, rents, and rennovates property in the Phila area. He also has apartment buildings and rents to studetns that attent temple university. There has been a warrant for his arrest for non payment of support for almost two years. When he discovered that they were looking for him, he moved from his Palmyra New Jersey home to Phila to hide. His son has attended college for the past two years without any support from his father. He has cut all ties with his son and has not spoken to him in almost two years. His son reached out to him and when he does he is insulted by his father. Garnett Davis' situation is a case of greed. He is obsessed with money and has stated that he cares nothing about family...the only thing important to him is money. Sadly enough, my son has lost his father and I struggle to keep his son in school. This is not a case where he can't afford to support his son, it's a case that he refuses to support his son. Any advice on how to locate someone that is hiding will be greatly apprepricated.
