In November, 2007 we leased a house from Third Coast Investments, LLC. They have refused to return our security deposit and the payment for utilities (as per our lease agreement). We had to sue Third Coast Investments, LLC and Jephery Burnett (the owner of Third Coast Investments) in JP court for the return of the security deposit and payment of utilities and we were awarded the judgment. Jephery Burnett and Third Coast Investments, LLC have yet to pay on the judgment. We have filed an Abstract of Judgment in the county where he has property and will continue to pursue this. Jephery Burnett also is the owner of JB Contractors & Development, LLC.
